MicroTech Stainless Steel Co. supplies premium Inconel Pipe Fittings in grades 600, 625, 718, and 800/800H/800HT for extreme high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive applications. Inconel nickel-chromium-based superalloys maintain exceptional strength, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance at temperatures up to 2000°F (1095°C), making them essential for aerospace, gas turbines, nuclear, and chemical processing applications.

Our Inconel fittings are available in butt weld configuration including elbows, tees, reducers, caps, and stub ends manufactured to ASME B16.9, ASTM B366, and MSS SP-43 standards. Inconel 625 provides outstanding corrosion resistance with high strength, Inconel 718 offers maximum strength through age-hardening, and Inconel 800/800H/800HT provides superior creep resistance for extended high-temperature service.

Each fitting undergoes rigorous quality control including chemical analysis, mechanical testing, ferrite content measurement (where applicable), and dimensional verification.
